The 2005 Race dates are here now...
General
Foyle Autograss Club races at Bluestone Road in Craigavon
on what is arguably the best, all-weather, autograss track in Ireland. Autograss
is the low-cost introduction to car racing for all the family, Mum, Dad and
children from the age of 12 can all compete. Juniors (12-16) traditionally race
in Class 1 Minis but for the 2005 season a new open-wheeled Junior Special based
on a Vauxhall Corsa has been introduced; all the exhilaration of a racing car
but in complete safety. Safety is very important and all cars have to be built
to the National Autograss Sport Association (NASA) standards. Details of all
the classes are available on the NASA
website.
To find out more contact the Foyle Autograss Secretary Basil Fleming on 028
